Wrong product! I ordered for magic frying pan, gave me happy call pan instead, of course i was not happy so didn't accept wrong order.
I called up customer service to re order magic frying pan since product is still available and told me they would e- mail me possible dates of delivery. Got an e-mail saying i should return the wrong item before dec 5! Wow so much for automated reps! Rang back customer service, they said yes the wrong product is with lbc, i asked status of my re ordering magic frying pan, they said my purchase is closed no order has been made.
Wow i wanted magic and they thought i was happy!
My days were wasted! Thanks for doing (no) business with you!
