Hi I accidentally ordered the wrong product in lazada. I didn't realize it was processed too early .
Now I want to change it but i can't and im pissed off. I tried to contact you on your live support but only LazBot is availabe. I also can't contact you on messenger since one of your agent blocked me when he didn't take action of my complaint on my previous order. I thought this is the best online shop where you can satisfy your customers.
Btw i want to cancel the order.
